In 1965, in the heart of London, a Mod and a Rocker go crazy. They recognized each other after the riots in Brighton one year before. They jump from their respective mounts (Lambretta and BSA Clubman) for a fight at the entrance of Piccadilly Circus.
Three Rock/pop groups are spoting at the duel : on the left, the Rolling Stones look at the fight with an amused glance. The Beatles in the Imperial bus look really frightened. On the right, the Who are recovering from their last concert, sprawled on the sidewalk railing. Near the taxi, you can spot John Cleese (Fawlty towers) who looks to the scene completely bewildered. « Piccadilly clash » must be considered as tribute to the swinging London spirit. Painting avalaible - Price on request.
